Before you run this software, beforehand reset according to manual your printer is by:
- Unplug cable power(electricity cable) printer.
- Unplug cable usb.
- Press button power printer and don’t removed.
- Stick to return cable power(electricity cable) printer.
- Press summary button twice, until green coloured lamp.
- Free Power Button.
- Pair again Usb Cable
Your printer Detected as hardware new. then run generaltool. exe.
- in usb port, choose usb port your printer.
- Give Checklist to cleaning and eeprom clear.
- Press button lock release.
- Press button main and platen.
- Well… finished printer at resetted.
Note: There are some the process printer rather long, so that printer status busy, but don’t worry, wait few minutes till finish while drink coffee.
